Hailing from South Australia, Michaela began dancing at the ripe age of 3. After spending numerous of hours in the studio at MJ Dance, Michaela commenced her studies of a Bachelor of Music Theatre in Ballarat. After completing, she moved to Melbourne to begin her life-long dream of dancing on stage. Michaela joined Lion Heart Dance Company, a contemporary company, where she featured in their show, Clash.

Whilst during rehearsals, Michaela received a contract on Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas. Late 2019 she relocated to Miami to commence rehearsals and join the ship for a period of 8 months. Since returning from overseas, Michaela obtained her Masters of Teaching, which she believes works hand-in-hand with teaching at Stomp.

Michaela loves connecting with the schools and students, and ultimately believes that everyone can dance if they give it a go. Michaela’s most favourite part is when she sees the students having fun and building connections and friendships with their peers.

Amy

Amy started her dance journey at the age of 7 where she absolutely fell in love with it. Through her primary and secondary years her outside of school hours and school holidays consisted of endless classes and dance competitions.
